At ABF, we’re looking for a Team Lead Inside Sales who enjoys coaching a team of six, owning results, and driving commercial success. You’ll also manage key accounts, and keep a sharp eye on margins, pricing, and KPIs - all in an international, fast-growing environment.
What you’ll do
Coach and develop a high-performing Inside Sales team
Drive sales results, margins, and KPIs
Monitor pricing and margins and steer where needed
Support key accounts and ensure excellent customer service
About you
You travel within 30 minutes to Roosendaal.
5+ years of sales experience.
2+ years as a Team Lead or manager.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent English (C1) + one other language.
