Under the general supervision of the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or Supervisor, the Clerk shall provide administrative support for the Contractor's personnel at the Facility, which is necessary to ensure the proper maintenance is provided, that personnel assignments are properly reported, and that attendance of personnel has been recorded. The cost of clerical personnel employed by the Contractor off the Facility, regardless of whether such personnel performs work related to this agreement part time or full time, is not a reimbursable Contractor's expense.

Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone, taking notes and relaying messages.
- Communicating with staff and transferring information for service calls.
- Recordkeeping such as invoices, timekeeping and hangar/building rental information.
- Creating forms, spreadsheets and draft documents using Microsoft Office.
