Physician Liaison (Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week)

Above & Beyond ABA Therapy is seeking a motivated, relationship‑driven Physician Liaison to strengthen our presence across the Indianapolis region. This part‑time role (approximately 20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who thrives on community engagement, enjoys building meaningful partnerships, and is passionate about connecting families with high‑quality ABA therapy services.
The Physician Liaison will serve as a key ambassador for Above & Beyond ABA Therapy—cultivating relationships with diagnosing providers, schools, daycares, hospitals, and community organizations to expand awareness of our services and support our mission of helping children reach their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities
Provider Outreach & Relationship Development

Conduct in‑person visits with diagnosing physicians, PCPs, schools, daycares, PT/OT/SLP providers, autism groups, and other referral sources within the Indianapolis area.

Maintain a weekly schedule of outreach appointments (goal: 8 visits per day during active field days).

Make introductory phone calls to new providers to share information about Above & Beyond ABA Therapy and schedule meetings.

Transition established relationships to ongoing check‑ins via phone, email, or virtual meetings as appropriate.

Maintain accurate documentation of all provider interactions, feedback, and follow‑up needs in the company’s tracking system.
Weekly Coordination & Strategic Planning

Participate in weekly check‑ins with the VP of Physician Partnerships, State Director, and Intake Coordinator to review progress and plan upcoming outreach efforts.

Research new referral sources, emerging community partners, and opportunities for strategic collaboration within the Indianapolis region.
Community Engagement & Public Relations

Represent Above & Beyond ABA Therapy at community events (approximately two per month), including autism awareness activities, family events, fundraisers, and local conferences.

Assist in planning and attending quarterly private community events such as sensory‑friendly outings, holiday events, or family engagement activities.
Social Media & Online Presence

Engage with local Facebook groups, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and promote Above & Beyond ABA Therapy’s services.

Share relevant content, highlight community involvement, and foster positive online relationships with providers and families.
Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a liaison, outreach, sales, or community engagement role—healthcare or therapy‑related experience strongly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

Comfortable traveling throughout the Indianapolis area; reliable transportation required.

Highly self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Experience with social media marketing or community‑based outreach is a plus.
