Role Overview: Senior B2C Student Recruitment Closer
This role exists for one reason. To close enrollments.
We are looking for a senior B2C sales professional who knows how to sell adult education properly. This is a quota-carrying role with clear expectations around revenue, conversions, and enrollments.
You will be speaking to adults who are considering a real change. Career shifts. Upskilling. Investing serious money and time into themselves. Your job is to take genuine interest and turn it into committed action.
Responsibilities
You will own the full enrolment cycle from first contact to payment and cohort start. You will work inbound, outbound, cold, semi-cold, recycled, and self-generated leads. You will drive urgency, control next steps, and close decisively while staying ethical and compliant.
You will handle objections around price, timing, credibility, and comparison shopping every single day. You will not wait for people to decide in their own time. You will guide decisions, challenge hesitation, and move deals forward.
You will work closely with Marketing but you will not depend on Marketing to close for you. CRM accuracy, follow-up discipline, and forecasting are part of how you sell, not admin tasks done after the fact.
Success in this role is measured by enrolments and revenue, with clear monthly goals and a strong focus on closing.
