Job Overview

About Academy of the Digital Industries

ADI was born out of a simple need: we couldn’t find enough professionals with the right digital skills, so we decided to train them ourselves.

What started in 2018 as a grassroots initiative in Tbilisi has evolved into a global Edtech platform with over 30,000 alumni.

Our programs are built by experts, designed around real world demands, and delivered in an environment of collaboration, curiosity, and growth.

In 2023, we partnered with Tether to take our mission global, expanding access to practical, career-boosting education for learners everywhere. Today, we’re building the next generation of digital professionals: marketers, designers, coders, and creators who don’t just want a job, they want to make an impact.

We’re guided by values we truly live by: putting people first, staying curious, doing excellent work, and taking ownership.

And we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Learning Management System Administrator who will take full ownership of setting up, organising and optimising ADI’s new LMS. This role combines technical coordination, workflow design and operational structure.

You will manage the platform end to end, shape how students and internal teams interact with it, coordinate external partners, and ensure all necessary integrations (CRM, website, payments, analytics and internal tools) work smoothly. The goal is to build a stable, scalable and efficient LMS that supports ADI’s growth across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure and maintain ADI’s new LMS to ensure a smooth, intuitive and reliable experience for students, mentors and internal teams.

  • Define and structure workflows inside the LMS (program flows, modules, lessons, assessments, certificates, student tracking).

  • Coordinate external partners and vendors involved in LMS configuration, development or integrations.

  • Manage all platform integrations (CRM, website, payments, analytics, communication tools and internal systems).

  • Create and maintain clear documentation of processes, data flows, platform rules and system ownership.

  • Ensure data accuracy and proper information sync between the LMS and other ADI systems.

  • Support multi-market operations by adapting the LMS to different regions, languages and product structures.

  • Lead QA checks, testing and validation of new functionalities or updates.

  • Work closely with internal teams (Content, Student Success, Marketing, Operations, Sales) to understand their needs and translate them into platform configurations.

  • Monitor platform performance, resolve issues proactively and ensure system stability.

  • Suggest improvements and enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce manual work and support scalability.

  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-structured LMS environment at all times.

  • Provide training or guidance to internal teams on how to use the system and follow established workflows.
