You are:
Master scheduler with a background in Information Technology Project Management, Agile, Waterfall and Scrum frameworks. Able to break down WBS into executable tasks and maintain a program-wide schedule.
The work:
Collect weekly updates, ensure clarity of progress with PMs, and facilitate review meetings with leads to validate schedule scope. Adhere to scheduling best practices -- GAO and DCMA 14pt using audits to document compliance. Conducts detailed impact analysis, variances, and critical path. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, identifies issues, and provide recommended mitigations. Perform baseline control from project inception through implementation, monitor project progress, and provides status updates. Interface with client to interpret schedule metrics into tangible information that drives programmatic decisions.

Microsoft - Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Project & SharePoint, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Program/Project/Schedule Management (Primary), GAO Scheduling Best Practices, DCMA 14 Point Assessment.
Effective public speaking skills in prepared presentations and ad hoc meetings.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
