Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Engineer to join our team, specializing in supporting and managing SharePoint and Power Platform environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and extensive experience in both on-premise and cloud-based SharePoint as well as Power Platform solutions. This role involves setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and migration tasks to ensure optimal performance and support for our SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical knowledge and support for SharePoint on-prem, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform environments.
- Perform setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and provide guidance and operations support requiring extensive subject matter knowledge and experience.
- Plan, define requirements, estimate, lead and execute migrations from on-premise SharePoint to SharePoint Online
- Automate robust processes to perform tasks including migration
- Migrate SharePoint on-premise applications to Power Platform/cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and support of SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
- Develop and enforce best practices for SharePoint and Power Platform usage and administration.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in SharePoint and Power Platform technologies and recommend improvements and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of the Degree)
- 8 years of experience in Information Technology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of [5] years of experience working with SharePoint and Power Platform technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server Hybrid, or similar are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
