You Are:

A mission‑driven learning and evaluation specialist who is passionate about equipping government clients with practical, safe, and effective AI literacy. You thrive on building foundational understanding, demystifying emerging technology, and ensuring federal healthcare teams feel confident adopting responsible Agentic AI and generative AI tools. You are highly analytical and operate behind the scenes to measure what’s working, identify gaps, and refine what comes next.

The Work:

You will lead efforts to strengthen AI literacy across a large-scale government agency by developing training programs, curated learning paths, and mission‑aligned use cases that show how Agentic AI and generative AI can support clinicians, administrators, and operational staff. You will help the teams understand what AI can do, when to use it, and how to leverage the technology safely and effectively within federal guidelines.

You’ll collaborate with Government partners to identify priority needs, deploy training, and measure adoption. You will evaluate training effectiveness, track outcomes, and translate insights into recommendations that enhance program maturity and readiness. Your work enables government agencies to adopt advanced AI responsibly and confidently, supporting improved care delivery and operational excellence.

In This Role, You Will:

Develop and deliver targeted AI literacy training for a large government agency, including generative AI fundamentals, safe use, and mission‑specific workflows.
• Design Agentic AI learning modules, demos, and practical use cases tailored to healthcare, benefits administration, and veteran‑facing services.
• Work directly with Government partners to align training goals, review progress, and shape adoption priorities.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure training effectiveness, ensuring learning translates into real capability uplift.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments using surveys, interviews, behavioral data, and usage patterns.
• Monitor whether AI training programs are being adopted, where users struggle, and how to refine materials for clarity and usability.
• Socialize findings through clear reports, dashboards, and recommendations that enhance AI readiness.
• Operate as a behind‑the‑scenes performance analyst ensuring curriculum, tools, and demos genuinely drive skill development.

Here’s What You Need:

BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience in program evaluation, training development, or technology adoption
• Experience designing learning programs or enablement strategies for emerging technologies
• Strong analytical background in qualitative and quantitative assessment
• Experience working with Government stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible, mission‑specific guidance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $78,600—$160,200 USD
