Junior Dynamics365 Administrator

Responsibilities: 

• Enable Seamless Integration → You will ensure smooth connectivity between Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, and internal solutions like AppHub, creating a unified and reliable source of truth for all client-related data.
• Drive Data Accuracy → You will maintain clean, compliant, and trustworthy records across Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights by applying validation rules and monitoring data quality through Dataverse.
• Empower Business Teams → You will support Client Partners, Sales, and Pre-Sales by delivering demos, training sessions, and clear documentation that promote adoption and effective use of CRM functionalities.
• Optimize Through Automation → You will design, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows and Dynamics 365 workflows to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and scale operational processes.
• Strengthen Security & Compliance → You will manage access roles and permissions within Dynamics 365, monitor user controls, and enforce best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
• Support Continuous Development → You will collaborate with IT, developers, and business analysts to enhance AppHub and CRM integrations, contribute to ongoing updates, and keep stakeholders informed through demos and documentation.
