DevOps Engineer

Our customer is a German IT service provider specializing in cloud infrastructure and digital solutions for cooperative banks. For this project, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in policy-driven infrastructure and automation. The engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining access and security policies using Open Policy Agent (OPA), while also supporting infrastructure automation, container orchestration, and observability.

Responsibilities:

• Support the operation and maintenance of a cloud-based product running on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

• Perform and maintain infrastructure deployments using Terraform in the Azure environment.

• Monitor application availability, performance, and reliability in day-to-day operations.

• Analyze incidents and operational issues and coordinate resolution activities with the external product vendor when required.

• Support operational processes related to Exchange and Microsoft Teams within the product landscape.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stable and reliable system operations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational procedures and deployment processes.
