ServiceNow Engineer

You will join our internal ServiceNow team, supporting and continuously improving the platform that enables key business processes across the organization. Our team plays a central role in streamlining workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering stable, scalable solutions for internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, working closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and senior engineers while gradually increasing your autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Build and Enhance ServiceNow Capabilities: Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow functionalities (workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations);
• Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Deliver high-quality, well-tested code within agreed timelines and estimations;
• Design Scalable Technical Solutions: Analyze requirements and propose scalable technical solutions;
• Drive Platform Optimization: Improve and optimize existing platform configurations and customizations;
• Enable Transparent Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and communicate progress transparently;
• Support Quality Assurance and Documentation: Support testing activities and document implemented solutions;
• Contribute to Team Growth: Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to continuous team improvement.
