Job Overview

Objective:

The Manager of HR Operations, Governance & Analytics will oversee the HR operational processes, ensure compliance with governance standards, and leverage analytics to drive informed decision-making within the Human Resources function. This role will be key in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the strategic goals of the organization through effective HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize HR analytics tools and techniques to analyze workforce data, generating insights that support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop strategies that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Prepare and present analytical reports on key HR metrics to inform management decisions.
  • Lead the development and execution of initiatives that enhance HR operational effectiveness.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR practices and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR personnel on governance and analytics best practices.

Requirements

Academic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in HR or relevant fields (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) will be an advantage.

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, governance, or analytics roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in managing complex HR processes and compliance standards.
  • Experience in utilizing HR analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR functions.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, governance frameworks, and employment laws.
