(Senior) Consultant - Mobility & Digitalization with German (f/m/x)

Together with your project team, based in Bucharest, you will take responsibility for our clients’ challenges from day one. You will work in a structured way and, over time in management consulting, always have a clear approach to finding solutions.

Your responsibilities as a Consultant

• Problem-Solving: Solve problems creatively and independently (through your own research and, if necessary, by leveraging your network of contacts and colleagues).

• Data Analytics: Conduct data collection and analysis (from gathering, analyzing, structuring, and visualizing data to communicating results and selecting appropriate tools).

• Presentation & Facilitation: Present and moderate groups (by preparing clear materials, using methods tailored to the audience and platform, and demonstrating authentic presence and body language).

• Project Management: Apply project management methods (by understanding and structuring content and relationships within a project context).

What makes you a great fit

• Education: A completed university degree, as we believe it strengthens your ability to think critically.

• Professional Experience: At least 1–2 years (Consultant) or 3–4 years (Senior Consultant) of experience in management consulting or market research, preferably in the automotive, energy, or public sector.

• Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).*

• Willingness to Travel: 1–2 days per month within the DACH region.
