Your responsibilities as a (Senior) Management/Business Consultant

• Creative Problem-Solving: Tackle complex challenges independently and collaboratively, leveraging research, data, and your professional network.

•  Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and visualize data to deliver actionable insights. Prepare consolidated reports and dashboards for management to support informed decision-making.

•  Presentation & Facilitation:  Design and deliver clear, impactful presentations. Facilitate structured communication between project teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.

•  Project & Change Management: Apply proven project management methods to structure content and relationships. Drive change initiatives by preparing and aligning new process designs and facilitating communication during updates.

•  Stakeholder Coordination: Synchronize communication channels across group-wide stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.

• Knowledge Management: Create and maintain centralized documentation sources (e.g., Confluence) to ensure easy access to critical information and processes.
