💬 Accurx is where conversations happen with and about patients.

For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. We’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that connects everyone through communication.

What started as a way for GPs to text a patient has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices.

Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book, which lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.

The team

We have a massive vision and even more ideas, but right now, our ambitions are outstripping our capacity. That’s where you come in. We aren't looking for someone to just "run the reports" we’re looking for a foundational member of a growing function who is excited to help us redefine how data influences product.

At Accurx, we don't just wait for a roadmap to be handed down; we expect everyone to help shape it. While you'll be part of a team of expert data and product leaders, you'll be the one in the driver's seat for your domain. You won't be watching from the sidelines - you'll be proactively hunting for insights, challenging our current assumptions, and taking ownership of how data can save clinician time from day one. This is a role for a critical thinker who is energised by the "blank canvas" of a growing function and has the drive to turn raw data into a better reality for millions of patients.

Challenges you’ll solve...

  • You will steer product strategy by partnering with Product Managers to define what success looks like and by monitoring the KPIs that prove our impact on the frontline of healthcare.

  • You will interrogate user behaviour by performing deep-dive analyses that look past the surface to find the "why," ensuring we’re solving the right problems for the right people.

  • You will lead rigorous experiments by helping design and run A/B tests, owning the process from the initial hypothesis through to the final, data-backed recommendation.

  • You will build the engine for self-service insights by creating the dashboards and visualisations that ensure your pod has high-quality data at their fingertips to move fast.

You should apply if...

  • You are a proactive investigator who doesn't need a ticket to start digging; when things are quiet, you’re already looking for the next trend or bottleneck that we’ve missed.

  • You have a "get stuck in" mindset - you’re excited by a lean environment where you can build your own processes and take on challenges that push you outside your comfort zone.

  • You bring strong Product Thinking with an understanding of user funnels and a hunger to master metrics like activation, retention, and cohort behaviour.

  • You are sharpening a strong technical toolkit, with a solid command of SQL and the ambition to use Python or R for more complex data extraction and analysis.

  • You are a delivery-focused collaborator who thrives in agile environments and knows how to communicate technical findings clearly to engineers and designers.

  • You’ve used tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude and are ready to become a power user who empowers the whole team through effective data storytelling.

What’s in it for me?

You'll be joining an established but fast-growing Tech for Good movement, where we're led by our Principles and our mission to Fix Healthcare Communication

  • Benefits to suit you: adjust your healthcare cover, your pension or life insurance, whatever stage you’re at in life
