Action1 is looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to join our team. You'll craft engaging emails that connect with our global audience and drive results. You will be the owner of the Email Marketing area with unmatched growth opportunities. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to promote Action1 and increase customer engagement. 
  • Plan, execute, and manage email campaigns from concept through execution to analysis. This includes A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies. 
  • Craft compelling and targeted email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action. 
  • Set up and optimize automated marketing workflows and transactional emails. 
  • Track and analyze email performance business impact. 
  • Perform A/B and multivariate testing to continually optimize impact of campaign efforts 
  • Align email marketing activities with corporate guidelines, business objectives and best practices 
  • Drive and support social media accounts 
     

Requirements: 

  • Fluent English, great writing and communication skills. 
  • Proven experience in email marketing (at least 2 years)  
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is a plus). 
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to work. 
  •  Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools. 
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
