Job Overview
Our client, a fast-growing supplement and wellness eCommerce brand, is looking for a Digital Ads Editor to conceptualize, edit, and produce high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives. In this role, you will create both static and video assets optimized for conversions, while contributing to the overall growth of paid social performance.
You’ll blend socially-native storytelling with data-driven creative strategy to produce content that feels organic to the feed while driving measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, edit, and produce high-converting Meta ad creatives (video & static)
- Create scroll-stopping short-form videos native to Reels, TikTok, and Stories
- Design persuasive Bottom-of-Funnel (BOF) static ads that drive conversions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to test creative angles and iterate based on performance
- Maintain visual and brand consistency across all paid social assets
- Stay updated on Meta trends, platform changes, and best practices for DTC ad creative
Requirements
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proven experience creating Meta ads for eCommerce or consumer brands
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
- Ability to design static creatives (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva)
- Strong understanding of socially-native content and UGC-style ads
- Portfolio demonstrating both conversion-optimized and authentic-feeling ads
- Excellent pacing, storytelling, and hook development for short-form videos
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with health, fitness, or supplement brands
- Ability to analyze creative performance data
- Familiarity with DTC brand creative strategy
