Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own the full-funnel e-commerce growth roadmap. You will drive initiatives that increase traffic, conversions, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value while leading experimentation and cross-functional teams to execute measurable improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Own the e-commerce growth roadmap across traffic → product page → cart → checkout → repeat, prioritizing initiatives based on projected revenue impact.
- Lead high-velocity A/B and multivariate testing across Shopify storefront, apps, merchandising, PDP content, upsells/cross-sells, checkout, and post-purchase flows.
- Instrument and enrich marketing signal tracking end-to-end for key growth channels (Meta, Google).
- Lead referral program features and improve customer experience.
- Drive SEO strategy including technical SEO, content, and AI bot traffic optimization.
- Evaluate and integrate Shopify apps/customizations (subscriptions, loyalty, reviews, payments, localization), manage vendors/partners, and coordinate engineering/design to ship reliably.
- Manage roadmap from strategy, PRD definition, design, and guide engineering implementation and testing.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in e-commerce product management, growth, or digital experience roles.
- Strong experience with Shopify, experimentation frameworks, and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of growth marketing, SEO, referral programs, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and external vendors.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
