What You’ll Do:

  • Own the top of the funnel: Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and other creative outreach strategies.
  • Build relationships: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and present how our solutions can help.
  • Drive pipeline: Set up high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team—or better yet, take the lead in closing deals yourself.
  • Crush your goals: Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets for leads, opportunities, and closed business.
  • Collaborate & improve: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and drive company growth.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales role (preferably in SaaS or B2B sales)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
