Job Overview

About the Role

We’re looking for a Retail & Print Designer who brings precision, polish, and production expertise to the physical expression of our brand. In this role, you’ll design the materials that shape our in-store experience—everything from signage and wayfinding to promotional displays and large-format graphics.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys variety, and can balance creativity with output accuracy. You’ll collaborate closely with our design and retail teams to deliver assets that are visually consistent, fully on-brand, and press-ready.

What You’ll Do

  • Design a wide range of print and retail materials, including store signage, wayfinding, point-of-sale assets, window clings, posters, and event collateral.
  • Prepare clean, production-ready files (bleeds, crop marks, color profiles) and ensure all vendor specifications are met.
  • Partner with the retail team to execute seasonal in-store campaigns.
  • Adapt campaign visuals for large-format applications and in-store environments.
  • Organize and maintain an internal signage library categorized by store type (flagship, boutique, outlet, etc.).
  • Take ownership of print-vendor communication: submitting files, reviewing proofs, managing production timelines, and conducting quality checks (based on experience).
  • Support occasional marketing requests such as flyers, mailers, and event signage.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in print, retail, or environmental design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing clean, production-ready work across multiple formats.
  • Deep understanding of print specs, materials, file preparation, and production processes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma knowledge is a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple simultaneous requests.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Bonus: Experience working with signage vendors, printers, or large-format production.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with retail environments or visual merchandising principles.
