Senior Business System Analyst - CRM

Acumatica is looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to join our CRM team in Belgrade, Serbia!

Duties and responsibilities:

• Analyzing business scenarios and product requirements, communicating with foreign partners and customers.
• Designing new features and create functional specifications, analyzing backward compatibility of product changes, negotiate specifications with all stakeholders.
• Driving the whole process of features implementation that implies collaboration with developers and test engineers.
• Decomposing the changes in the product and setting the tasks for developers, coordinating implementation details and possible changes to the original requirements.
• Interacting with automated testing engineers and technical writers within the project under development.
• Comparing functional specifications with actual changes in the product, performing acceptance testing and verifying corrected errors.
• Creating test scenarios that check the compliance of the product functionality with the requirements set.
• Maintenance: processing support requests, manual verification of the fixed bugs.
