Job Overview
- Engage proactively and methodically with Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers to identify, refine, and prioritize business needs.
- Translate functional requirements into clear and structured Functional Specifications, including use cases, workflows, and mockups.
- Coordinate feature delivery across teams — tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment of implementation with scope and standards.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, analyze, test, prioritize and document functionality when it's necessary for the design work.
- Define test approaches and acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA Engineers; perform functional validation and acceptance of completed features.
- Communicate with Customers and Partners to clarify and elaborate optimal workflows and edge cases.
- Mentor and guide other analysts, supporting their growth and consistency in specification quality.
