AR and Collections Manager

Acumatica is hiring for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Manager. The AR and Collections Manager is responsible for all aspects of collections and payment application process, ensuring timely payments, reducing delinquent accounts and building strong relationships with customers. This role reports to the Director, revenue, accounting and we're open to hire remotely, anywhere in the United States.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Relations – communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate payment terms, and handle disputes professionally.

• Accounts Receivable Management – monitor accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding receivables.

• Payment application management.

• Collections Strategy – develop and implement policies and procedures for collections to minimize bad debt and improve recovery rates.

• Reporting – prepare regular reports on aging, collection trends, DSO, and bad debt performance.

• Team Leadership – lead, mentor, and train the collections team to achieve department goals.

• Collaboration – work closely with accounting, sales, and legal teams to resolve customer account issues and disputes.
