ERP Support Specialist (Level 2 - Warehousing)

About the Role
We are looking for a Level 2 ERP Support Specialist to provide functional support across key business operations, including Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and Distribution within an ERP environment and the ability to collaborate effectively with end-users and stakeholders.
This role will focus on identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERP operations. The right candidate will be coachable, resourceful, and eager to grow into a potential Level 3 Support role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 ERP functional support to end-users across Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Finance operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and users to clarify requirements and provide timely updates.
Support Sales and Distribution processes within the ERP system.
Collaborate with technical teams to assist with ERP integrations and enhancements.
Perform data analysis and basic troubleshooting using SQL (no scripting required).
Document solutions, workflows, and known issues to improve team knowledge sharing.
Actively participate in process improvement and system optimization initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
Industry background in Warehouse, Manufacturing, or Sales and Distribution is a must-have.
Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong understanding of ERP functionalities and ability to reverse engineer or figure out solutions independently.
Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting purposes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn, able to take ownership of assigned tasks and continuously improve.
