ABOUT THE ROLE

The Hardware and Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our IT hardware Company will provide Comprehensive training for hardware which need to support. This role also includes providing system support for our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

·       -Maintain and repair IT hardware.

·       -Provide system support for our internal system.

·       -Troubleshoot hardware and system issues.

·    -Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries concerns, and requests about products and services.

·    -Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and system for fulfilling business objectives and processes.

·       -Perform daily backup tasks and monitor system performance.

·       -Collaborate with the development team to report any system issues or bugs, and work towards their resolution.

ABOUT YOU

Qualification and Experience:

·       -Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·       -A minimum of 2 years proven experience as a hardware maintenance or a related expericne in a similar role.

·       -Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

·       -Knowledge of IT system, infrastructure, and networking.

·       -Excellent problem – solving and critical thinking skills.

·       -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements:

Fluent in English and Amharic

  • Position open to Ethiopian Nationals Only.

  • Location – Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

  • Salary – Attractive
