Delivery & Operations
- Oversee daily delivery operations across outsourcing engagements.
- Monitor engineer allocation, utilization, onboarding, and performance.
- Ensure delivery quality, adherence to SLAs, and timely execution of client requirements.
- Maintain delivery governance through weekly reports, dashboards, and risk logs.
- Coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Commercial for staffing and contractual processes.
Recruitment & Interview Management
- Lead and conduct technical interviews for outsourcing positions.
- Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition to screen candidates based on client requirements.
- Validate candidate skills, cultural fit, and alignment with project expectations.
- Ensure a consistent and structured interview process that reflects Advansys-ESC delivery standards.
- Support building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future engagements
Client Management
- Act as an operational contact point for clients within outsourcing engagements.
- Join or lead (as delegated) client meetings, follow-up sessions, and delivery reviews.
- Address client concerns and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Ensure continuous alignment between client expectations and engineering team output.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support expansion efforts.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance follow-ups, and coaching sessions with engineers.
- Support engineers with onboarding, development plans, and training recommendations.
- Promote strong team morale, engagement, and retention within outsourced teams.
- Address performance issues, attendance concerns, and operational challenges effectively.
Process & Quality Governance
- Implement delivery processes and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client agreements, and operational standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement measures across the outsourcing unit.
Skills & Qualifications: Technical & Delivery Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC, delivery governance, and outsourcing delivery models.
- Capability to assess technical profiles across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, and other roles.
- Experience in managing resource-based delivery engagements or managed services. Leadership & Management
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and support engineers at different seniority levels.
Client & Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle escalations diplomatically and .maintain client trust
Requirements
- Experience in managing client relationships in an IT services or outsourcing context
- 5β8 years of experience in software delivery, outsourcing, or technical team leadership.
- Prior experience conducting interviews and evaluating technical talent is essential.
- Experience in IT services, consulting, or software engineering environments preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
