Job Description:
- Ensure the fulfillment and collection of all required hiring documents for newly hired employees in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records in both hard copy and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage the enrollment and removal process of employees in the company’s medical insurance plan and handle related requests.
- Manage interactions with governmental entities such as labor offices and social insurance offices to ensure compliance.
- Support the process of monitoring and following up on employee contract renewals as per company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and ensure the accuracy of HR data and documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or personnel.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of HR systems and database management.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with labor law and social insurance regulations.
