As a member of our SOC (Security Operations Center), you will provide your expertise to your customers to strengthen their operational security and improve their protection by monitoring their managed security services.
🤓 Your mission
- Manage and oversee the implementation of SOC projects, ensuring that all aspects meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Coordinate and manage all project phases from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Support your customer base and ensure that they get the most out of the services offered by our mySOC platform.
- Work alongside your customers to develop their Cybersecurity strategies.
- Manage the mySOC service using adapted governance: steering committee, technical committee, security committee, reports, service reviews, etc.
- Ensure the ongoing development of services by adapting them to the customer’s needs.
- Contribute to the development of mySOC services and offerings.
