Senior QA Automations Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Lead Engineer to drive quality engineering initiatives, lead automation efforts, and ensure high-quality software delivery. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on automation across multiple projects, with a strong focus on AI-driven testing and CI/CD integration.

Here’s What You’ll Do:  

• Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive test plans to ensure timely and efficient testing
• Lead and mentor QA engineers, driving scalable automation and scenario-based testing approaches
• Explore, implement, and advocate for AI-driven testing solutions and intelligent automation
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define and execute testing strategies
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and rapid feedback
• Enhance existing automation frameworks with robust regression test coverage to improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and performance
• Analyze daily regression results, identify defects, and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams
• Track, analyze, and communicate sprint-level QA metrics and quality insights
• Lead automation initiatives across multiple systems and projects
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in quality engineering
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and process improvements
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering excellence

What You Bring to the Table:  

• 8+ years of experience in QA with strong focus on test automation
• Proven leadership and team management experience in QA or quality engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright
• Experience working in Agile environments and driving QA lifecycle processes
• Expertise in designing and implementing test strategies and automation frameworks
• Experience adopting AI agents and prompt engineering for test automation
• Strong experience in both UI and backend/API testing
• Proficiency in REST API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
• Experience with Azure cloud platform
• Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and writing complex queries
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket/GitHub, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with test management tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a QA Automation Lead
• Experience in the financial services domain
• Experience supporting internal tools, systems, and engineering processes
• Experience building Quality Engineering dashboards to track metrics like test coverage and code quality
