Senior IT Specialist

Role Overview: Provide a high level of proactive technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Respond to and resolve user-reported technical issues via ticketing system, chat, and phone.
  • Install and configure software, hardware, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  • Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Conduct basic training sessions for users on IT tools and best practices.
  • Assist others in the team to address issues.


What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • A team player with 5+ years of IT support experience
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts.
  • Ideally Google Workspace administration experience
  • Experience with software deployment solutions such as JAMF and SCCM
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
  • A strong “can do” attitude to complement problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Great troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Certificate) are a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
