Head of Design

We’re seeking a visionary UX and Design leader to define and execute our next-generation user experience—one that is not only intelligent, but also elegant. Your mission: lead Advisor360° into the AI-native era by crafting tasteful, intuitive technology experiences for advisors, investors, and enterprises alike.

You’ll be responsible for elevating our design discipline, embedding design thinking into product and engineering culture, and setting a new standard in enterprise fintech UX. You will help Advisor360° stand apart—not by doing more, but by doing less, beautifully.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Own and define the design vision for Advisor360° as we evolve into an AI-powered platform, with clarity on how design drives trust and adoption in complex financial workflows.
• Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary design team, including UX, product design, research, content design, and brand.
• Embed design into strategy, partnering closely with product, engineering, and data science to shape product direction and inform AI-first interactions.
• Establish and champion a tasteful, opinionated design system that reflects our core values: elegant simplicity, human-centered intelligence, and confidence-inspiring clarity.
• Push the frontier of AI UX by imagining new interaction models—from co-pilot experiences to intelligent automations—that are delightful, not disruptive.
• Mentor and scale design leadership as the team and company grow, while also staying hands-on where it

• Products are measurably easier to use and delightfully intuitive.
• Stakeholders trust and rely on your input to shape business outcomes.

What you bring:

• A proven track record of design leadership in product-driven, high-scale technology companies—experience with AI-native platforms, fintech, or complex enterprise workflows is a strong plus.
• You’ve built and led teams at the VP, SVP, or CDO level, and can both shape strategy and execute with craft-level discipline.
• Deep understanding of AI-enabled interaction models (e.g. copilots, LLM-powered search/generation, intent recognition), with a sharp sense of where they add value—and where they don’t.
• Taste. You can articulate why an experience works or doesn’t, and you care deeply about clarity, typography, space, and rhythm.
• Experience operationalizing design: creating rituals, metrics, playbooks, and systems that scale good taste without slowing teams down.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both visionary design leadership and AI-savvy execution in shipped

The estimated base salary range for this position is $240,000-$270,000
