Senior Mobilisation Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Mobilization Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project mobilization, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment of resources across international projects.

• Develop and implement comprehensive mobilization strategies for complex, large-scale projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and efficiently
• Manage logistics for personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring timely delivery to project sites
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential mobilization challenges
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies, to facilitate smooth project initiation
• Monitor and report on mobilization progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the mobilization process
• Continuously improve mobilization procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
