Job Overview

  • Provide support to our Buildings & Places Leads and Sector Directors by managing general enquiries and assisting with client service needs.
  • Oversee Salesforce activities, including data entry, updates, reporting, and establishing new project/proposal folders, as well as supporting project finance tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including room bookings, travel arrangements, and logistical support.
  • Manage catering for internal and external meetings and large events, ensuring dietary requirements are met and all activities run smoothly.
  • Process and track team timesheets, issue reminders, ensure completion and manage weekly OTA and assistance approvals.
