Senior Structural Engineer with German

Responsibilities:

· Participate in projects and lead, motivate, and manage project teams of structural engineers and draftsmen.

· Collaborate effectively with colleagues, external partners (such as architects and other design disciplines), and clients.

· Maintain an international mindset and cooperate with our offices abroad on specific engineering tasks, ensuring the required project quality.

· Respond effectively to client needs and requests.

· Develop sustainable and efficient engineering solutions.

· Ensure that budgets, schedules, and quality standards for engineering work are met, and that assigned projects comply with the company’s quality management system.

· Report project progress on a weekly basis.

· Promote an integrated design process by considering interactions between different disciplines involved in the project.

· Stay up to date with applicable standards, guidelines, new techniques, and developments in the field, and share relevant knowledge with your team and colleagues.
