Senior Project Manager - PMC MEP

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - PMC MEP to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive project success through strategic planning and decisive decision-making.

• Oversee all phases of MEP project delivery, from pre-construction planning through final completion and handover
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed
• Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, coordinators, and site supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Manage stakeholder communications, including clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Coordinate MEP systems design, installation, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and applicable codes
• Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and implement cost control measures to maintain budget integrity
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans to address potential issues
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure work meets contractual requirements and industry standards
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, including procurement, performance evaluation, and contract administration
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and compliance records
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements for future initiatives
