· Specialized in Post-Contract Cost Consultancy services, the ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality projects either new build or refurbishment.
· Experience in working within a team of professionals delivering post-contract cost management and consultancy.
· Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in measurement, assessment and agreement of variations, payment certificates, the agreement of the final account, cost reporting.
· Adheres to quality control requirements and ensures all procedures are complied with.
· Assist in benchmarking, data collection, internal reporting.
· Good communication skills and able to confidently interact with the project team including the contractors, design consultants, suppliers and other vendors.
