Senior Engineering Geologist

AECOM has an immediate opportunity available for a Senior Engineering Geologist for employment in Panama City, Panama.  

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Undertaking geotechnical investigations including:
• Logging and characterizing the engineering properties of foundation and embankment materials.
• Geological mapping
• Overseeing laboratory testing programs
• Data collation, geological characterization, analysis and reporting
• Assisting in the preparation of project documentation including reports, project communications, and design drawings and report figures that are of a high professional standard
• Collaborating with geotechnical and structural engineers to develop robust dam designs.
• Assisting in the preparation of project documentation including reports, project communications, and design drawings and report figures that are of a high professional standard.
• Assisting with proposals.
• Performing geological mapping during construction of a dam foundation.
