Associate Director - ICT & Security

Our national ICT team are looking for an experienced ICT & Security Consultant to join their team as an Associate Director. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, drive technical excellence, mentor emerging talent and contribute to a variety of projects across Australia and New Zealand. 

How you'll make a difference

• Lead the design and delivery of ICT and Electronic Security systems across major building projects, from client briefing through to construction phase support and inspections.

• Develop detailed technical solutions including structured cabling systems, wireless networks, CCTV, electronic access control, intruder alarms, perimeter intrusion detection, Type 1A Security Alarm Systems and cyber security frameworks.

• Manage stakeholder engagement, project costing, technology road mapping, tender responses and business development opportunities.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants, fostering quality assurance and a high-performance team culture.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Buildings + Places teams and the national Technology Advisory group to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic growth across the ICT and Security practice.

This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
