Environmental Manager

As Environmental Manager, you will spearhead our Victorian team to deliver and expand a robust pipeline of transformative projects across key markets, including Energy, Defence, Transport, and Water. This is your opportunity to thrive in a company that values your expertise and leadership.

Our Environment team delivers advisory and technical services across contamination assessment and remediation, approvals and permitting, environmental planning, and sustainability, working on projects spanning infrastructure, energy, transport and defence. You’ll be a leader within a multidisciplinary group solving complex environmental challenges alongside our technical specialists.

• Build your leadership: Lead and inspire a committed, high-performing team of 60+ professional across a diverse portfolio to drive technical delivery excellence and strategic growth both within Victoria and throughout Australia.
• Business Growth: Strategically grow our Environmental Business with focus on Geosciences and Remediation Services (GRS) by leveraging market insights and client feedback. Introduce new ideas and advanced strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and expand our service offerings.
• Innovate and transform: Be the catalyst for change: introduce new ideas, leverage our extensive global practice, and implement advanced strategies to lead our GRS business into the future.
