Senior Engineer - Highways

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Highways to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and managing complex highway projects in the region and beyond.

• Lead and oversee highway engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets
• Develop and review detailed highway designs, including alignment, grading, drainage, and traffic management plans
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate highway designs with other infrastructure elements
• Conduct technical analyses and prepare comprehensive engineering reports and presentations
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development and growth
• Interact with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success and compliance with local and international standards
• Implement innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices
• Contribute to business development efforts by participating in proposal preparation and client presentations
• Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance procedures and safety standards throughout all project phases
