How you’ll make a difference

• Support and guide a multidisciplinary team, contributing to project delivery in defence, team development, and maintaining high standards of collaboration and technical quality.
• Oversee civil engineering design and delivery across key infrastructure areas such as roadworks, drainage, earthworks, pavements, and water infrastructure for clients in sectors including Defence, Transport, Mining, and Urban Development.
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning, including resource management, project oversight, business growth, and alignment with national objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business development and contributing to the pursuit and securing of new work opportunities.
