Project Information Manager - Transportation

AECOM is seeking a Project Information Manager to join our digital systems team in Brisbane. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects - work that sits at the centre of some of the most significant programs currently underway in the country.

How you will make a difference

• Lead the Information Management function on assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, standards, and client requirements at all stages of delivery.
• Contribute to the Digital Delivery Execution Plan (DDEP/DEXP) by coordinating across digital and production leads, including BIM, Automation and Systems, Visualisation and GIS, and CAD specialists.
• Enforce document control and information exchange workflows, ensuring project systems operate effectively and maintain consistent quality across all delivery workstreams.
• Work alongside technical and delivery teams to identify and mitigate digital delivery risks, supporting efficient workflows and helping the project meet its milestones.
• Feed project learnings into AECOM's ANZ digital teams and contribute to continuous improvement by keeping delivery toolkits current, relevant, and embedded in practice.
