AECOM is seeking an ambitious and visionary Electrical Department Manager to lead our Electrical Engineering team in the London/Kitchener region. You’ll oversee innovative designs across a wide spectrum of sectors, including Building & Institution, Commercial & Industrial, Water & Wastewater, Transportation, and Sustainability. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver technical excellence – Act as a Senior Engineer on projects, guiding design strategies and ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation.
  • Shape major projects – Oversee electrical systems for cutting-edge buildings and infrastructure, tackling complex challenges with creativity and rigor.
  • Grow the business – Contribute to proposals, strengthen client relationships, and open new opportunities across local, national, and global markets.
  • Champion sustainability and innovation – Stay ahead of codes, technologies, and design practices, embedding future-ready and sustainable solutions in every project.
