Job Overview

We partner with clients to optimise asset performance through integrated asset and information management, risk and reliability improvement services across transport, water, energy and social infrastructure.

As a Materials and Asset Management Intern, you will support project delivery and learn industry‑standard methods under the guidance of experienced consultants in a collaborative, high‑performing team.

How you’ll make a difference:

  • Assist with the development of business processes and change management initiatives related to strategic asset management
  • Participate in site inspections and condition assessments of a range of assets
  • Support in developing material testing specifications for both new and existing assets, and with durability design for projects to achieve design life
  • Practice performance and reliability-based durability design of materials
  • Contribute to driving the application of sustainable materials, such as lower carbon concrete
  • Develop repair, remediation and rehabilitation solutions for assets
  • Contribute to the preparation of key asset management documents such as Asset Maintenance Plans, Lifecycle Plans and Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMP)
  • Support the delivery of strategic and technical advice to clients
  • Assist in the development of maintenance, operational and capital works programs
  • Contribute to whole-of-life asset management solutions for clients
