Entry-Level BIM Specialist - Hiring Event with AECOM - Philadelphia

AECOM is hosting an exclusive, invitation-only hiring event in Philadelphia on October 7-8, 2026. This is a great opportunity to learn and connect with AECOM for career opportunities starting Spring/Summer 2027.

The event kicks off on Wednesday evening with a networking mixer from 6-8 pm, where you can hear from AECOM staff about various projects, career paths, and the company itself. AECOM's Digital Practice and Technology group is seeking an Entry-Level BIM Specialist for their office in Philadelphia, PA or Newark, DE. 

The selected candidate will support BIM professionals while learning industry standards, software, and project workflows. The position is designed to provide hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling for architecture, engineering, and construction projects.

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assists with creating and modifying 3D models, 3D CAD elements, and point cloud data.
• Remote and office-based work with various departments to integrate imagery into presentations using existing software.
• Assist in creating and maintaining standards, processes, and goals. 
• Works under direct supervision.
