Job Overview
- Establish client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies
- Attend onsite and consultants' meetings, liaising with clients, architects and associate consultants in project administration
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project costs and prepare cost plans and budget studies
- Measure and take off quantities for architectural, infrastructure and structural work elements
- Prepare main building contracts, piling contracts and nominated sub-contracts for tender and contract formalization
- Administer pre and post contract work, including assessment of variation orders and interim valuations
- Compile and execute contract documents whilst adhering to statutory building regulations
- Value completed work, arrange payments and provide advice on contractual claims
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance of project work
- Analyse outcomes and prepare detailed progress reports
