David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Games Presenter Team Manager for their Gaming studios in Sofia, Bulgaria. 


Position: Games Presenter Team Manager

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and guide on-floor team members to ensure professional, engaging, and high-quality performance.
  • Manage daily work schedules, rotations, and breaks to maintain smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
  • Communicate updates on new procedures, company policies, and best practices to all team members.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, addressing and resolving minor technical or operational issues as they arise.
  • Serve as a communication link between staff and management, ensuring clear relay of feedback and updates.
  • Provide support, motivation, and coaching to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Compile and analyze data from various sources to produce accurate daily or shift reports for management.
  • Identify training and development needs within the team and coordinate with relevant departments to address them.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to company standards for appearance, conduct, and workplace behavior.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. 
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team coordination experience preferred.
  • Background in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a customer-focused, operations, or service-driven industry is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness & ability to work in shift rotation (including night shifts!).
