Posted April 16, 2026

Job Overview

Are you a master’s student in chemistry and looking for an industrial thesis where you can help develop innovative manufacturing processes in the peptide industry? Do you enjoy lab-based problem solving, working carefully with data, and taking ownership of your project planning? We are now looking for a Master’s thesis student in organic chemistry for autumn 2026. Apply today!

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the thesis project, you have:

  • An ongoing Master’s programme (MSc) with a focus on organic chemistry (or a closely related field), and the possibility to carry out your thesis during autumn 2026.

  • Hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as chromatography; experience with LC–MS is considered a strong advantage.

  • Very good English skills (spoken and written). Swedish is a plus, but not required.

You will plan and execute your thesis work together with a supervisor at PolyPeptide, but you are expected to drive the project forward independently—taking initiative, documenting your work clearly, and communicating progress and results.

In your application, please describe why you want to do your thesis at PolyPeptide, highlight relevant coursework and lab experience, and let us know when you are available to start (and your expected thesis period).

Does this description fit you? Then apply to join us!

PolyPeptide offers an attractive working environment where both employees and the business have room to develop together. Do you like challenging yourself and are you driven by being able to influence things for the better? Then we hope this position interests you and that you apply immediately, but no later than 10 May 2026. We apply ongoing selection for the position.
