Job Overview

ABOUT AERO
Aero is a growing Part 135 operator delivering premium on-demand charter solutions. As a startup operator, we combine operational control with a retail-focused, client-first sales strategy. We are building a nimble, revenue-driven team that understands both aircraft operations and competitive charter brokerage dynamics.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Aero is seeking a Charter Sales Associate with 5+ years of private aviation charter retail sales experience. Although Aero is an operator, this role requires a retail charter sales mindset — someone who understands pricing strategy, sourcing, margin management, and how to close high-value charter transactions in a competitive marketplace. This is a revenue-producing role for a sales professional who can generate business, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to scaling a startup operation.
