Production Planner
Job Overview
At Aerones, we’re revolutionizing the wind industry with cutting-edge robotic technology that makes wind turbine maintenance safer, faster, and more sustainable. As our production grows, we’re looking for a Production Planning Specialist to strengthen our team and help us deliver world-class solutions to our global clients.
What you’ll do
- Prepare production workload plans and ensure their smooth execution
- Analyze, improve, and document production and planning processes
- Plan and coordinate required materials for production, including repairs and spare parts
- Compile production data and prepare insightful reports
- Support colleagues in quality assurance processes and ERP system administration
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years in production planning within a manufacturing company
- Languages: Proficiency in Latvian and English
- Tech skills: Advanced MS Excel and Google Docs; ERP system knowledge (Monitor G5 a big plus)
- Methodology: Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and planning principles
- Mindset: Precision, responsibility, and dedication to quality
- Strengths: Analytical thinking, systematic approach, problem-solving ability, and accountability for results
- Team player: Strong communication and collaboration skills
