R&D Testing technician

Aerones is on the cutting edge of wind turbine robotics and automation technology, and we are looking for an enthusiastic R&D Testing Technician to join our Research & Development team. In this exciting role, you will assist in the testing and validation of our innovative robotic systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support R&D engineers in the setup and execution of testing protocols for robotic systems
• Conduct hands-on testing and data collection, documenting results accurately
• Analyze test data to identify trends and performance metrics
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during testing
• Collaborate with engineering teams to propose enhancements and optimizations based on test outcomes
• Maintain organized records of test activities, results, and equipment statuses
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
• Perform testing both on-site (R&D facility) and in real-world field conditions when required

Requirements

• Technical background (education or hands-on experience in mechanics, electronics, or related field)
• Previous experience in testing or quality assurance is a plus
• Familiarity with robotics and automation technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in technical documentation and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
